Red Bull Illume Image Quest 2019- the first selection of images are revealed. So stoked  to announce that i`m a semi-finalists from the Innovation by Sony category. My Snowboard Project with Thomas Kälin and Deniz Cinek in our backyard Hoch Ybrig Switzerland made into the Top 260 images out of a whopping 59,551 submissions! The image will forever be a part of Red Bull Illume history as part of the limited-edition coffee table book and on the website. Mit grosser Vorfreude besuchte ich vergangene Woche meine 2 Fotos im neuen Berg Fotografie Museum im Südtirol.  Das @LUMENMuseum auf dem @Kronplatz auf 2275m. Die Fotos sind im Adrenalin-Raum von @REDBULLILLUME als multimediale Installation zum Thema Alpinsport zu sehen. Das Museum ist in Zusammenarbeit von @NationalGeographic , RedBullIllume , @SouthTyrol und Kronplatz entstanden. Auf 1800m2 taucht man in eine faszinierende und überraschende Welt der Bergfotografie ein – vom Ursprung bis zur Gegenwart. Neben den Ausstellungsräumen befinden sich unter dem Dach des LUMEN auch das @AlpiNNFoodSpace&Restaurant mit atemberaubender Aussicht. I dedicate my newest cover to my godson Jesse Morice Schuler. This was one of those days where everything came together perfectly … I hadn’t been riding or shot any photos for a long time as I had spent the previous 7 months travelling through Australia, NZ and Asia. Im ehemaligen Kornhaus von Einsiedeln ist vom 9. Dezember 2018 bis 27. Januar 2019 die Ausstellung «Einsiedeln und seine Fotograf(i)en» zu sehen. Im Fokus stehen Fotografinnen und Fotografen, die im Klosterdorf Einsiedeln ihre Spuren hinterlassen haben oder es noch immer tun. Die Zeitreise beginnt bei der Erfindung der Fotografie 1839 und führt bis in die Gegenwart. Ein Nachbau des ehemaligen Einsiedler Fotostudios Gasser, vormals Lienhardt mit originalen Requisiten und der eindrücklichen Holzkamera als Leihgaben aus der Sammlung des Schweizerischen Nationalmuseums, stehen im Ausstellungsmittelpunkt.
